Sheraton Stockholm has been bringing people together in the heart of the city since 1971. Today, we’re shaping our next chapter, with a major transformation, fresh energy and new places to eat, drink and connect. With Archer Hotel Management as our operator and Marriott International as our brand family, we combine an international outlook with a strong sense of place. Now we’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the food experience at Mr. Bronck, Sally’s and our room service operation. Someone with a clear culinary point of view, a head for business and the ability to build a team people want to be part of. From dinner at Mr. Bronck to food that complements a cocktail at Sally’s or a great meal delivered upstairs, you’ll make sure every experience feels considered, consistent and right for the setting. You’ll lead the daily a la carte kitchen operation and develop seasonal menus that give each concept its own character. Taste, presentation and timing matter equally, and you know how to deliver all three when service picks up. Behind every great service is a well-run kitchen You’ll take ownership of menu costing, purchasing, stock control and staffing, keeping quality high and food waste low. You’ll turn business forecasts into smart schedules, maintain strong food safety and HACCP routines, and keep a close eye on the financial performance of the operation. Just as importantly, you’ll recruit, coach and develop your team. You set clear expectations, share your knowledge and stay approachable under pressure. Working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our guests. A creative chef and a grounded leader You bring at least five years of experience in a similar leadership role in a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen. You’re confident developing menus, leading busy services and balancing culinary ambition with commercial results. You care about the details and understand how your decisions affect the whole operation. You bring structure, curiosity and high professional standards, and you enjoy finding practical solutions when plans change. Your team can count on you for direction, support and a steady presence during a demanding service. You communicate confidently in English; Swedish is a plus. An established network within the industry is also welcome.
