About the TeamYou will join Volvo Trucks Digital Management, the organization responsible for end-to-end digital product management, architecture, and digital investments that accelerate business value creation across Volvo Trucks.Our mission is clear: to enable Volvo Trucks to achieve its ambitious targets through world-class digital capabilities. We work at the intersection of business, technology, data, and customer experience, creating digital products that deliver tangible value for our customers, dealers, markets, and internal stakeholders.

Within the organization, you will be part of the Service Market & Retail team and report to the head of the function.

About the RoleAs Digital Product Manager Case Management, you will own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Volvo Trucks' customer support capabilities.You will deliver the next-gen Case Management platform driving automation, seamless integration, and AI-powered efficiency across our OneCase global services, replacing a legacy solution. Work closely with business leaders, users, architects, and development teams, you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure the solution creates value for customers, sales organizations, and the business.You will be a key driver of digital transformation, helping Volvo Trucks strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial performance through modern digital capabilities. 

You will deliver our next-gen Intelligent Case Management Platform for Global OneCase, replacing our legacy system with an agentic AI-powered engine that automates workflows. This platform bridges real-time crisis management (breakdowns) and advanced engineering troubleshooting (Technical Dealer Support) with proactive cost prevention (predictive maintenance data loop). 

Set the Direction

• Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support. 
• Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.
• Drive product prioritization based on business value, customer needs, data and measurable outcomes.

Deliver Measurable Business Value

• Measure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.
• Use data insights, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Ensure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business benefits.

 Lead Through Collaboration

• Partner with Uptime Center, Digital teams and external partners.
• Build strong relationships, create engagement and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across business and technology stakeholders.

 What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

• Reimagine and strategically realign the ongoing transformation leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, accelerating the transition toward AI-driven automation to deliver measurable business value through faster resolution times and greater operational efficiency.
• Establish clear strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities to secure a successful deployment and roll-out of the next-gen solution.
• Ensure stakeholders across Service Management and Digital teams are aligned, engaged, and work toward shared strategic goals.
• Solution adoption and business confidence in the product continue to grow.
• Product decisions are driven by customer insights, data, and outcome metrics.

You are equally comfortable discussing customer experience strategies with business leaders as you are working closely with development teams to define priorities and outcomes.

 We Believe You Bring

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of agile product development and modern product management practices.
• Proven experience or strong conceptual knowledge of designing agentic AI systems, building AI-powered workflows and leveraging AI engineering frameworks/harnesses to automate complex backend processes. 
• Experience leading global and cross-functional initiatives at different levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.
• Experience working with OKRs and value-based product management
• Experience working with leading platforms, such as Microsoft, Salesforce or similar.
