Job Description:

Our client, an established global provider of Semiconductor Design IP and Verification IP, is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Partner to expand its customer base across Europe and the UK.

The portfolio includes advanced semiconductor IP solutions such as PCIe and UCIe. The successful partner will initially work with qualified leads provided by our client while also having the flexibility to develop new accounts through their existing industry network. A dedicated Application Engineering team will provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective customers using client-provided leads while developing additional business opportunities through your own network.

• Position and promote Semiconductor Design IP and Verification IP solutions to relevant customers across Europe and the UK.

• Coordinate with Application Engineering teams during technical discussions, product evaluations, and customer engagements.

• Prepare and present pricing, commercial proposals, and business offers based on customer requirements.

• Manage commercial negotiations and drive opportunities from initial engagement through successful deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor design houses, startups, engineering teams, procurement stakeholders, and decision-makers.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the client’s presence within the assigned territory.

• Provide regular sales pipeline and opportunity updates to the Sales Head/VP.

• Attend customer meetings, industry events, and other relevant business engagements when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within Semiconductors, EDA, or Semiconductor IP.

• Established network across semiconductor design houses and startups in Europe/UK.

• Ability to confidently discuss technical IP solutions with engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders.

• Strong experience in customer engagement, commercial proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Self-driven and capable of independently managing sales opportunities and customer relationships.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and industry events.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Strong understanding of Design IP, Verification IP, PCIe, UCIe, EDA, and semiconductor technologies.

• Existing relationships with semiconductor engineering and procurement decision-makers.

• Knowledge of one or more European languages.

🧑‍💻 Experience: Minimum 5+ years; highly experienced industry professionals are welcome

🗣️ Language: English; additional European language skills are an advantage
